Maison Tempore - Shipping Policy

At Maison Tempore, our goal is to deliver your men’s watch safely, quickly and with full transparency about timelines and costs.


1. Shipping Method

We use an Express Shipping option for all orders.

  • Estimated delivery time: usually 7 - 15 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order details
  • Order processing time: we typically process orders within 1 - 3 business days. The delivery time starts after your order has been shipped.

2. International Shipping

Maison Tempore ships worldwide.

  • If we can deliver to your location, the option will appear at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country’s postal and customs procedures.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated by law in your country.


3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive:

  1. shipping confirmation email; and
  2. tracking number (when available), so you can follow the journey of your watch online.

If you do not receive your tracking details within a reasonable time after purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us if needed.


4. Delays and External Factors

We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times. However, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • High seasonal demand;
  • Customs inspections;
  • Local carrier issues;
  • Extreme weather or logistical disruptions.

In such cases, we appreciate your patience. If your package appears significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking code, and we will investigate with the carrier.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the order cannot be delivered, additional costs for reshipping or rerouting may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you notice an error in your address shortly after placing the order, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your watch as delivered, but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building reception, or family members who may have accepted the package;
  2. Verify the address used on your order confirmation;
  3. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and the local carrier.

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, work on a solution with you and the carrier.
